Pan Tang is an island nation of the Young Kingdoms. They are a nation of Chaos worshippers, who emulated the Melnibonéans and eventually brought the full strength of the Chaos Lords into Elric's World. The nation of Pan Tang is led by the Theocrat Jagreen Lern. The capital city is Hwamgaarl.
