The Off-Moo are the inhabitants of the subterranean city of Mu Ooria in the Middlemarch. They appear as inhumanly tall and elongated elfin albinos. They possess a unique perspective on time and are able to control sound and ultrasonics. The Off-Moo are possibly an offshoot of the Eldren Race.
