The Machinoix are the undisputed masters of the Raped Planet's version of New Orleans and players in the Game of Time. They are a sect of Chaos-worshipping post-humans. The Machinoix practice voluntary, radical self-surgery to alter their bodies in order to ironically resemble the Original Insect, their adversary. The majority of them are so heavily altered that they resemble cybernetic insects. They have a peculiar relationship with Sam Oakenhurst, who seems to be addicted to their bizarre ideas of pleasure. The Machinoix utilize Meat Boats to travel to the Second Ether.
They rule the city of New Orleans with an iron fist, and the streets of the city are filled with the Mechanish, their biomechanical vehicles/beasts of burden.
It is revealed in the Michael Moorcock's Multiverse comics that the Machinoix are the Spammer Gain's fishlings.
