Londra is the capital city of the Dark Empire of Granbretan. It is described as tall and dark and vast, with insane architecture and baroque, grotesque statuary adorning almost every surface.
The streets are paved with iron and the sky constantly boils with a greenish cloud of pollution and dark sorcery. Dorian Hawkmoon has stated that the bizarre and grotesque appearance of the city mirrors the insane minds of her inhabitants. The Dark Empire is ruled by King Huon from his colossal palace in Londra.
