Captain Wilhelmina Roberta "Billy-Bob" Begg is the greatest of the Chaos Engineers. She is the captain of the Scaling Ship Now the Clouds Have Meaning.
Captain Begg has explored all the roads of the Second Ether and has imprinted herself with a map of the Multiverse only she is capable of reading. She is able to navigate through the Second Ether to anywhere or anywhen in the Multiverse. Billy-Bob's arch nemesis is Captain Quelch of Singularity.
