Bakshaan is a wealthy city in the nation of Ilmiora in the northeastern Young Kingdoms. It was there that Dyvim Tvar died heroically while fighting alongside Elric in the assault against the fortress of Nikorn, the city's most powerful merchant.[1]
Later, as Jagreen Lern conquered the Kingdoms, Elric transformed Bakshaan from a lazy merchant city to a fortified bastion ready for war.[2]
